In NH Circle activities, associates take the initiative to get together to discover ways to improve their work, their workplace and their company. The abbreviation “NH” stands for “Now, Next and New Honda.” It’s all about taking new steps now toward creating the next great Honda improvement.

The Energy Saving Competition is an activity in which everyone can challenge the high-point of energy saving by DIY on the basis of the 4 stroke engine of Honda’s low oil consumption motorcycle. Competitors can feel the pleasure of “create” and “communicate” and realize the concept of “low oil consumption is environment protection” by creating the unique racing motorcycle to participate the competition.

Honda China Skills Competition has been held four times since it’s first launched in Sep. 2010. This activity is aimed to promote the overall level of Honda 2-wheel manufacturing in China, and loop through each 2-wheel production field to organize the skills competition.

Improvement Proposal activity is held by SDH in order to encourage personnel to develop original and unique ideas and methods for the problems in the work (e.g. company management, production, technology, marketing, logistics and so on).

In order to strengthen corporate culture construction and share happiness, SDH holds many commemorations for important festivals and memorable events, including festival activities, commemorative activities and ceremony activities.

To commemorate and celebrate the founding day of SDH, SDH has made every year’s October as the activity month of corporate arts festival since 2001.

Since 2006, SDH has regularly organized the activities of Open Day for the Public and Family Day and volunteered to invite the students from elementary and secondary schools visit the company, on the purpose that more and more people know better about motorcycle production and safe driving.

SDH Sports Meeting has been successfully held four times since 2008. It’s a very important holiday that all staffs can actively participate in and share happiness and it encourages more staffs to devote to enterprises building with sportsmanship.
