A Wonderful Race
From June 28th to 30th, the 2024 CRRC China Road Racing Championship completed its first leg at the Shanghai Tianma Circuit. The Sundiro Honda 125cc RX Challenge Racing, as the single-brand 125cc scooter group of the competition, made its debut, and contributed a very exciting race to the live audience and global motorsports fans.
Scooters on the Track
The Sundiro Honda 125cc RX Challenge Racing, features Sundiro Honda NS125RX scooter as the unified participating vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with Honda's advanced eSP125cc engine, with a maximum power of 7kw, featuring high efficiency, low fuel consumption, lightweight, and high quietness, making it very suitable for racing events. All participating vehicles maintain consistent specifications and performance, requiring riders to use their driving skills and tactics to strive for better results.
The Legend of Speeding
Fourteen riders from across the country have prepared well for this competition. At the end of their dreams lies the track, the art of speed. The so-called sea of stars is nothing more than the next turn on the racetrack.

Ode to Speed
On the track, they compete for the lead, driving NS125RX with a combat like appearance, equipped with a full set of racing safety gear. The driving posture on the track is completely different from everyday riding—sitting back, trying to keep their bodies as low as possible. At high speed, with the wind howling, every turn is an interpretation of skill and courage. In the canvas of speed, they have sketched one legendary moment after another.
First Round
The rainy season in Shanghai made the road surface in a semi-dry and wet state for the first round, posing new challenges to vehicle performance and riders skills. But the race continues, which is a test and challenge for both vehicles and riders.
Rider number 4 Li Jun, rider number 6 Liang Yuhua, and rider number 1 Murong Zhizhao, ranked the first, second, and third places respectively. The three rivals, who respected each other, stood together on the podium to receive everyone's congratulations.
During the race, Liang Yuhua took the lead for a time, while Li Jun waiting behind for opportunities to catch up, the distance between the two never exceeding two body lengths, with the gap within 0.5 seconds. They couldn't have any technical flaws and constantly battled with themselves over braking points, the ratio of front and rear brake usage, and throttle points. The strong contender Murong Zhizhao led at the start but was quickly overtaken by the following Li Jun and Liang Yuhua due to a mistake in tire pressure settings. His final result kept within 0.4 seconds of the top two, securing him third place, which is a testament to his strength.
Second Round
The plum rain had a significant impact on the second round on June 30th, with the six-lap final still being intensely competitive. The five vehicles in the first echelon followed each other closely, passing the turns with the same rhythm, and the gap between them remained within one second throughout.
The vehicles sped through the dimension of time, with each brake and acceleration igniting an unknown warrior spirit. Behind the Sundiro Honda 125cc RX Challenge Racing, from the team captain, referees, technicians to the live audience, everyone's heartbeat synchronized with the riders' speed.
In the end, rider number 1, Murong Zhizhao, won the championship trophy, while rider number 6, Liang Yuhua, collected another second-place trophy, and rider number 15, Chen Zekai, stood on the third-place podium.
Beyond Speed, Endless Passion
Speed is king, and every rider is not just an opponent but also a comrade-in-arms in the pursuit. Every inch of the track remembers the riders' passion and perseverance in their hearts.
In the 2024 debut, Sundiro Honda NS125RX joined the high-level China Road Racing Championship in a brand-new way, showing its excellent performance and fun attributes under the control of the riders. Female rider Chen Ling, who raced in two groups, said that this model has excellent power and handling, making it a very enjoyable motorcycle to ride. As a rider participating in scooter races for the first time, she even led the pack for a while. Liang Yuhua, with ten years of experience in scooter racing, also praised the racing performance of the motorcycle.
Looking Forward to the Next Encounter
The next CRRC China Road Racing Championship will be held at Jiangsu Wanchi International Circuit on September 7-8. There are wins and losses in the race, but this is a journey without an end.
