Sundiro Honda Motorcycle Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 by Sundiro Holding Co., Ltd., Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and Honda Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of US$ 129 million, Sundiro Holding and HM hold 50% of the shares respectively. The company has a manufacturing base in Taicang, covering an area of 260,000 square meters, and more than 2,300 employees.
Sundiro Honda Motorcycle Co., Ltd integrates research, production, sales, and service of motorcycles, electric vehicles, and their components. The company has established a corporate philosophy of "respect for people and three joys," focusing on the development and production of environmentally friendly motorcycles and electric vehicles with low emissions and high technological value. Committed to using technology for the benefit of society, Sundiro Honda is dedicated to contributing to the improvement of the human living environment.

On October 10, 2001, Sundiro Honda Motorcycle Co., Ltd. was established

On Jun 14, 2002, the first Cub-type motorcycle with HONDA trademark was produced offline at Sundiro Honda.
2003
In 2003, the cumulative production exceeded 1 million units
2004
In 2004, Sundiro Honda passed the production admission assessment
2005
On March 15, 2005, the opening ceremony of the new factory in Tianjin was held

In 2007, the cumulative production exceeded 5 million units

In 2008, the cumulative export exceeded 1 million units
