Sundiro Honda Motorcycle Co., Ltd. (short as "SDH") was established in 2001 by Sundiro Holding Co., Ltd., Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and Honda Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of US$ 129 million, Sundiro Holding and HM hold 50% of the shares respectively. The company owns about 3,800 employees and two production bases which locate in Taicang and Tianjin, with the annual production capacity of 9000000 units motorcycles engines.
SDH devotes itself to the developing, manufacturing, marketing and service of motorcycles and e-bikes. It establishes the company philosophy of respecting for the individual and the three joys, focuses on developing and producing low emission, high-tech and high value-added motorcycles and e-bikes, persistently benefits the society with science and dedicates to the improvement of human habitation environment.
Up to now, SDH has launched over 50 models of motorcycles with Honda advanced technology, including CBR300R, CBF190R, E-Ying 110 (FI), WAVE110S, DIO (FI) etc. and a variety of e-bikes like M8 and A8. It has achieved the accumulative sales of over 10 million and exports to more than 60 countries and districts. Among them, about 1.5 million units of Today Series motorcycles have been sold back to Japan, setting up a record of export volume for single model in China.
